1. Service Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the puja: Eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24-48 hours: Eligible for a partial refund (50%).
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-show: No refund will be issued.

2. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
• Customers must provide valid proof of payment for processing the refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• If a Guruji has already traveled for the puja.
• If puja samagris have been dispatched or used.
• If the cancellation request is made post-service.

4. Rescheduling Instead of Refunds

Customers can choose to reschedule their puja instead of requesting a refund, subject to Guruji availability.
